1. I figured out just about everything I need to do to get the questionnaire going (and I just love it!) and working properly, except I have two questions. The first is: how do I get it to both display the results and send email to the user if he or she requests it?    Cat: Questionnaire

2. Is there any way to save the results to a simple text database file (in addition to emailing it)?    Cat: Questionnaire

MP3 Database $0
Add to Cart My personal experience with MP3 Database is in a word: AWESOME!

There is much to be said about unobstrusive, practical, and functional scripts and their authors... MP3 Database just plain and simply: Gets-The-Job-Done.

I've looked at other alternatives such as: JamRoom, it's an overkill, while MP3Database does not have all of the bells and whistles of jamroom, you can be up and running in no time -- again... unobstrusive, practical, and functional, like sweet life!

Thank you Jason for all of your contributions!
