1. I figured out just about everything I need to do to get the questionnaire going (and I just love it!) and working properly, except I have two questions. The first is: how do I get it to both display the results and send email to the user if he or she requests it?    Cat: Questionnaire

 Open up the external formula file for this particular quiz, and within the calculate subroutine (between the face brackets) add both the send email routine and the calculation score routine. You cannot have two subroutines called 'calculate,' but you can combine many different jobs within that one subroutine.

2. Is there any way to save the results to a simple text database file (in addition to emailing it)?    Cat: Questionnaire

 Yes, open up the external formula file for this particular quiz, and within the calculate subroutine (between the face brackets), after the score has been cacluated and the email address assigned, add the following:
open (FILE, ">>/directory/to/where/your/text/database/is/datafile.txt");
print FILE "$red_score,$yel_score,$org_score,$grn_score\n";
close (FILE);

Be sure to modify the information that is being written to match your data, and to change the path to your database file.

Text Chart Tranposer $14.95
Add to Cart I've only used the demo page, not the actual script itself, but it's very handy. Not perfect - at least the demo occasionally makes mistakes - but overall it takes some of the chore out of transposing chord charts.
Thanks!
